I was depressed for well over six years.

In all that time the thing that helped me hold it together was Isolation.

Staying away from people. Keeping to myself. Being in my cocoon.

Looking back, I can see how this Isolation was what I needed for the growth that was coming.

It is in the Dark that we come to recognize our Light.

Our best jewels are buried in the dirt, deep inside the darkness of nothingness. Out of this void, however, is where our best creative effort is birthed.

However, there is a point in your healing journey where Isolation is not what will serve you. How do you know when it’s time to give up the loneliness?

What do you do instead of locking yourself away?

That’s exactly what I want to help you uncover today.

Well for me isolation was killing me.

Now i have the best people in the world to share my struggles with and enjoy the human experience.

I'm glad i stopped isolating and thanks to my higher power for helping me do that.

I loved this episode.

We going outside!!!!

Spirit is saying, the "outside" is a test of what you've been nurturing in your isolation Phase.

Leaving isolation and getting out wont give us all the positive vibe we think we'll meet outside at first, even down to Family on extreme cases.

Transition from Isolation to we outside may not always be smooth and seamless, but its still part of enjoying the human experience I guess.

Whatever your experience is as we going outside, face it with all forms and expression of LOVE.

You are always loved Eva.
